1. In the high temperature test, if the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and eliminate the faults one by one. If the temperature rises slowly, check the air circulation system to see if the regulating baffle of the air circulation is open normally; otherwise, check whether the motor of the air circulation is operating normally. If the temperature overshoot is severe, you need to set the PID setting parameters. 2. If the low temperature does not reach the test index, then you must observe the temperature change. Is the temperature dropping slowly or the temperature tends to rise after the temperature reaches a certain value, the former must check whether the temperature will be lowered before the low temperature test. Dry the workroom, keep the workroom dry, and then put the test samples into the working room for testing. Are there too many test samples in the working room so that the wind in the working room cannot be fully circulated? After eliminating the above reasons, It is necessary to consider whether it is a malfunction in the refrigeration system, so it is necessary to ask the manufacturer's professionals to carry out maintenance. The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor use environment of the equipment. The ambient temperature and location of the equipment (the distance between the back of the cabinet and the wall) must meet the requirements (there are regulations in the equipment operation and use instructions).
3. In the hot and humid test, the actual humidity will reach 100% or the actual humidity will be very different from the target humidity. The value is much lower. The former phenomenon: it may be caused by the gauze drying on the wet ball sensor. Then check the humidity. Whether there is water shortage in the water tank of the ball sensor. The water level in the water tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water level controller water supply system is supplying water normally and whether the water level controller is working normally. Another possibility is that the wet ball gauze will harden the gauze due to the long use time or the purity of the water supply, so that the gauze cannot absorb water and dry. Just replace or clean the gauze to eliminate the above phenomenon. The latter phenomenon is mainly that the humidification system is not working. Check the water supply system of the humidification system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, whether the water level control of the water level in the humidification boiler is normal, and whether the water level in the humidification boiler is normal. If all of the above are normal, then check the electrical control system. This requires professional maintenance personnel to perform maintenance.
4. When there is a sudden failure in the constant temperature and humidity test box during the test operation, the corresponding fault display prompt and audible alarm prompt appear on the control instrument. The operator can quickly check which type of fault belongs to the troubleshooting chapter in the operation and use of the device, and then ask professionals to quickly troubleshoot the fault to ensure the normal operation of the test.
